This building was designed and manufactured using a volumetric system. Built to be 90% competed in the factory with minimal sites works to complete. The ramp and deck were also manufactured using volumetric system, with the ease of dropping into place.

What We Did
Our brief on this project was that the homes need to be affordable, safe, low maintenance, Robust and secure with the design being adaptable with accessible pathways throughout the home ensuring what ever circumstance may arise in the future that the home supports Mobility needs by the end user. We came up with a couple of different design models to accommodate all sites. We used the 2 bedroom homes on their corner sites and 3 bedroom on all other sites.
RESULT
Volo Modular homes are fully compliant under the Manufactured Homes(Residential Parks) Act 2003
