This building was designed and manufactured using a volumetric system. Built to be 90% competed in the factory with minimal sites works to complete. The ramp and deck were also manufactured using volumetric system, with the ease of dropping into place.

Project Description
The Views at Holmview is a residential estate conveniently located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We were approached to build 5 houses on really steep blocks by Avanti Project Marketing.
Why Volo Modular
Because the blocks were extremely steep, the cost of building on them by a conventional builder would have made extremely expensive. VOLO was engaged to keep costs down so they would meet valuations.

What We Did
We created a pad for the front half of the house and then we put the back half of the house on peers.
RESULT
We provided an exciting new style of affordable living for steep blocks.
