This building was designed and manufactured using a volumetric system. All decks were also manufactured using volumetric system, with the ease of dropping into place. Stairs, ramps, screens and handrails were all completed on site. Carports were supplied as a kit set then erected on site.

Project Description
The Moonee Beach Estate Sales office in Moonee Beach was designed to be relocated at different stages of development and converted to a 1-bedroom dwelling once the use of the sales office was complete. We call this method- “convert-add and re-use”.
