What We Did

Volo worked with all stakeholders to deliver the project on time and on budget. Volo developed a prototype early on to expedite the approval process, this cut the traditional design process by several weeks. All consultants got on-board and, through Volo’s partnerships, we were able to integrate Design and Construct where possible as well as strong collaboration and coordination between consultants and key sub-contractors.

RESULT

Volo Delivered on the 100-day promise, when larger more stablished competitors declined the deadline from Bond.

The project was conceptualised, documented and constructed in just over 100 days.
